The first step (that you've probably already completed) is to check the "Spam" folder in your mailbox. If you are using Gmail, it may be worth checking "All mail" and "Promotion" sections.

Additionally check that DSX addresses (@dsxglobal.com) are not blacklisted in your mail.

If that didn't help, here is what you should try out next.

Your mail provider might have blocked our domain for some reason preventing you from receiving any emails from us. In that case you will need to add our domain to a list of safe senders.

In Settings of your mailbox you can find section "Filters". There you can add a new filter, enter our domain and choose "Never send it to Spam".

That's it. Now you should start receiving our mails.
