It may happen that you lose your device with 2FA codes or delete the app. No worries, that can be fixed!
There are two ways:
- You've saved the backup code.
You can simply enter that code in the field where you usually enter codes from the Google Authenticator app. You'll get to your account and will be able to reset 2FA and set up a new one.
- Backup code is lost as well
We can disable 2FA on your account to help you access it again. However, this is a risky operation since it leaves your account unprotected. To do that we will need to make sure you are the true owner of your account. This verification procedure will not take more than 10 minutes. Just contact our Support team to get further instructions.
